THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

• You are responsible for coordinating EMEA stock transfer orders from our US plant and external suppliers for our Merz Aesthetics products.
• You are in close collaboration with the US supply chain planning to secure the delivery schedule.
• You ensure stock levels of our Merz Aesthetics products are in line with demand in EMEA countries and monitor the final transport stage for products from Frankfurt airport to release at the Central Hub.
• If necessary, you document transport damage and are responsible for monitoring best before dates and triggering the scrapping process.
• Additionally, it is also your task to communicate with the EMEA sales offices regarding product availability and updates as well as ensuring the supply of the EMEA drop shipment markets by actively carrying out the country-specific SAP-based allocation for common SKUs.
  
• With great care, you carry out inventory controlling and reporting, and support the countries in managing the MRP master data.
• You coordinate with supply chain planners to ensure smooth product launches, sufficient product availability, and phase-out of delisted SKUs.
• You contribute to inventory reporting and the development of supply risk warning systems.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration or a related field.
• First work experience in supply chain related positions and a good understanding of logistics processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using of ERP-Software for order processing, inventory management and data analysis in SAP (SD/MM/WM).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, as well as attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• High flexibility, self-motivated and solution-oriented, used to work independent and with self-initiative.
