Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in EMEA (position located preferably in Germany, Italy or Spain) and are currently looking for a

Head of PPA Portfolio Management EMEA (d/f/m)
What You Will Do

Build up and manage a portfolio of onsite PPA projects across Europe, including overseeing the planning, development, financing, and execution of these projects.
Lead a team with currently one PPA Business Analyst, reporting directly to the Management Board.
Work with crossfunctional teams, especially Project Management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor PPA specific project risks and issues, as well as develop and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers and investors.
Lead the development of project financing and structuring plans, including negotiating terms with investors in close collaboration with headquarters Corporate Finance and Project Finance department.
Manage investor relations, including regular communication, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Lead regular project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in project structuring, equity, debt or project financing.
Knowledge of onsite PPA projects and their development process.
Experience in renewable energy or power projects is a plus.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Experience building relationships with investors and developing financing vehicles.
Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German) is a plus.
