- Sie haben die Konstruktionsüberwachung und Terminverfolgung der Werkzeuge im Blick und koordinieren eigenständig die Musterungen und Optimierungen der Werkzeuge beim Werkzeugbauer, auch im Ausland
- Sie sind für die eigenständige Abnahme und Freigabe der Werkzeuge verantwortlich
- Mit Ihrer Expertise im Bereich Tooling, beraten Sie allumfänglich interne und externe Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) bei der Bauteilkonstruktion hinsichtlich der Machbarkeit und Umsetzbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung der Kostenauswirkung auf die Serienproduktion
- Sie unterstützen bei der Inbetriebnahme in den Produktionswerken
- Sie erstellen Kalkulationen für Neuwerkzeuge und Änderungen
- Sie arbeiten bei Konstruktions- und Prozess-FMEA aktiv mit
- Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d) abgeschlossen und haben idealerweise danach Ihren Techniker (m/w/d) / Meister (m/w/d) oder Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) absolviert
- Sie haben langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position z.B. Tooling Engineer (m/w/d)
- Sie bringen umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Projektierung und Betreuung von Werkzeugen für die Kunststoffherstellung mit und haben langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sie haben große Freude an der Arbeit in einem globalen Projektumfeld
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft mit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz – verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für die globale Mitarbeit erforderlich
