- Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals
- Prepare standard correspondence related to the prosecution and/or maintenance of trademarks
- Correspond directly with clients and foreign associates on routine trademark-related matters
- Establish and maintain calendar and deadline reminder systems
- Maintain records and filing systems
- At least 2 years of legal support experience, preferably in the trademark area
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
