- Enhancing and maintaining essential service processes such as Daily Management, Service Plan Sales Funnel Management, Inventory Management, and team onboarding.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to direct reports for quality improvement and increased organizational productivity.
- Leveraging data analysis tools and commercial partners to gain insights supporting forecasting, revenue goals, and performance optimization.
- Working with other departments to enhance Molecular Devices' performance across various KPIs.
- Utilizing Danaher Business System tools to drive process improvements, foster team collaboration, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promoting engagement to develop organizational and individual capabilities, nurture future leaders, and cultivate a diverse talent pool.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in service management and change management.
- 5+ years of service leadership in the life science or diagnostics sector within organizations having a sales and service portfolio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Power BI, ServiceMax, Oracle.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with DBS or similar lean business tools, ideally with relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, performance monitoring, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Proven track record in forecasting service revenue performance and leading teams to achieve targets.
