Your role

  • Are you an innovative thinker? Are you following the broader capital markets? Do you want to be part of transaction of global scale? We're looking for someone like that to:
  • Work on various exciting and challenging projects in a multicultural team
  • Work with senior bankers to help originate and execute key transactions
  • Bringing clients and investors together to fulfill their mutual needs
  • Put market and company analyses together
  • Prepare external and internal presentations and be part of «live» deal executions
  • Support the team in doing its marketing efforts to clients

Your team

  • You'll be working in the Equity Capital Markets team in Frankfurt. We are responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of equity capital market transactions and the marketing of our capabilities in this product area to the leading corporations and governments. The product range includes a variety of transactions, such as IPOs (Initial Public Offerings), Secondary Offerings, Rights Issues, Block Trades, Convertible Bonds and Exchangeable Bonds.

Your expertise

  • You need to be in the last year of your degree, or recently graduated, no more than 6 months from the start date. In addition you need to have or be on track for a 2:1 or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree. It doesn't matter what you're studying. (Really, it doesn't.)
But we'd like to see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- plan, organize and communicate well
- make things happen
- stick with a task - work in a team- come up with ideas

  • On this program, you'll be a real part of the team, working with our experts and learning about the industry, our clients, our firm and a specific area of it. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts. And if you impress us, we might invite you to join our Graduate Talent Program once you've graduated.
