What you will do
Help us define and deliver a process that makes our customers job easier, intuitive, and fast.
In this role, you will participate in our primary tasks to define and deliver the desired customer journey or experience

You will gain knowledge of and/or experience with:

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Additional SAP provisioning and onboarding tools
You will work in an international team with colleagues from Germany and the United States.
The role requires 20 hours per week (with exceptions for exams, etc.). Initially, a weekly working day in Waldorf is required. This may decrease in frequency as our working efficiency increases.


What you bring

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other technical / engineering field
  • Location and schedule must accommodate weekly working days in Walldorf; i.e. university in Heidelberg or Mannheim preferred
  • Computer skills: Mandatory: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word / Preferred: Jira, MS Teams, modeling tool
  • Language skills: English fluency required. German fluency highly desired.
  • Soft skills: team player, excellent communication, working towards deadlines
  • Creative thinking is a benefit
  • Others: Experience in modeling best practices (e.g. BPMN notation)

SAP S/4HANA public cloud is the cloud version of SAP's flagship product. Our company is on a mission to simplify and improve the customer experience for implementing cloud products. Our assignment is given by and visible to the top leaders of our company.

Our team is responsible for the first customer experience after purchase, that of the IT Administrators who deliver the solution to the business.

We are Product Managers defining product behavior and process flow then working with our colleagues to deliver it.

This requires interaction with many experts:

  • Other product managers and engineers (to understand how integrating products work, define requirements, and deliver improvements).
  • Internal and external customers (to understand needs and experiences).
  • Solution Management (on how our product is packaged and sold).
