Job Description:

Drive strategy, execution and performance across digital channels, including SEA, Paid Social display, retargeting and affiliates
Work with the local and global marketing teams to successfully target marketing activities across digital channels to drive sales and maximize ROI
Confident handling of marketing budget spread over several markets and establishing accurate forecasts
Provide insights and analysis on digital marketing performance and make numberdriven decisions based on this analysis.
Promote creativity in the team
Keep up to date of trends, changes and innovations in performance marketing to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
Report performance and come up with recommendations to further improve the performance marketing channels

Qualifications:

Experience working with SEA, Paid Social, Display Networks
4+ years of professional experience in the field of performance marketing
Experience developing and executing and performance marketing strategies in an ecommerce or SaaS environment
Experience leading a marketing team
Strong analytical competence and structured way of working with demonstrated experience with analytics platforms eg Google Analytics
Strong communication skills and excellent team player
Fluency in English is required, German is advantageous

Contract location would be
Göppingen, Stuttgart, Berlin, Bremen, Karlsruhe, or Munich Germany
