LOT Lead Accounts Payable ():

Your responsibilities:

You control and monitor workflow and accounts payable processes
You ensure that the documents are entered in the accounting in the right quality
You are responsible for an efficient Accounts Payable processing and posting
You ensure that the month end closing, yearend closing meets deadlines
You maintain and improve the vendor relations
You are responsible for accounts' analyses and reconciliation (including intercompany transactions' analyses)
You provide reporting for accounting, tax or budget purposes to customers and interested stakeholders
You analyze performance reports and propose corrective actions
You propose Accounts Payable processes and policies improvement and standardization actions
You are responsible for the capacity management through recruitment and training of LOT members based on product/customer/market needs
You implement lean principles and methodologies by promoting a lean culture, training team members and leading lean workshops
You maintain Lean expertise at the highest level through learning and continuous improvement
You represent the LOT within the organization and defining and coordinating collaboration with other teams

Your background:

Deep knowledge and functional expertise in the LOT's area of responsibility with recognized expertise
Deep knowledge of efficient business and IT practices as well as processes and standards in the respective area of expertise
Significant experience in process improvement, lean implementation and operations management
Expertise in automating processes and tasks
Effective project management skills to plan and execute Lean improvement initiatives
Change management experience in implementing Lean practices in dealing with resistance to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Strong willingness to learn and change
Inspiring nonhierarchical "servant leadership" personality to create a trusting environment
Strong entrepreneurial, agile and futureoriented thinking and acting coupled with handson mentality
Ability to motivate and empower the team and communicate expectations clearly
Strong resilience, selfreflection, empathy and communication skills with excellent conflict resolution skills
Strong networking skills and effective stakeholder management and commitment to crossfunctional collaboration
