- Betreuung eines definierten Kundenstamms im OEM/OES-Geschäft
- Positionierung der Partikel-, Kombi- und Geruchsfilter sowie Filtrationssystemen auf dem Markt
- Betreuung von internen und externen Kundenprojekten
- Analyse des globalen Marktes und des Wettbewerbs in Abstimmung mit dem lokalen Team
- Koordination der Produktfindung und Umsetzung von Produktideen
- Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie Gestaltung von Preisen und Konditionen
- Verhandlung und Abschluss von Kaufverträgen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsleiter
- Marktentwicklungen und Produkttrends zum Thema Cabin Air Quality verfolgen, neue Business Opportunities und Marktfelder identifizieren und Kooperationen und neue Business Modelle ermitteln.
- Entwicklung von Strategien im Bereich Cabin Air Quality und Entwicklung und Implementierung von neuen Produkten und Business Modellen.
- Neue Projektinitiativen implementieren, überwachen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten internen und externen Partnern.
- Technische und strategische Unterstützung für Vertriebs- und Marketing Aktivitiäten, speziell für die Umsetzung neuer Produkte/ Geschäftsmodelle.
- Mitarbeit bei der Strategieentwicklung im Geschäftsfeld CAF OE und AA.
- Konzeption, Koordination und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Marketingaktivitäten zum Thema CAF.
- Präsenz bei externen Fachveranstaltungen (Konferenzen, Techdays, ...) in Zusammenarbeit mit R&D und TE.
- Ausbildung : Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Hochschul-/Univeritätsstudium
- Berufserfahrung : Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb in einem Automobilkonzern / Zulieferer
- Fachkompetenz : Ausgezeichnetes technisches Verständnis Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit Gute Kenntnisse der Standardsoftware MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Sprachkenntnisse : Fließende Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Persönlichkeit : Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie verbindliches Auftreten Kommunikationsstärke nach innen und außen sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sowie Reisebereitschaft

Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich, dass Filterprodukte und Filtrationssysteme von MANN+HUMMEL im OEM/OES Geschäft in Zusammenarbeit mit den Tochtergesellschaften gegen den Wettbewerb am Markt platziert werden, bestehende Lieferanteile bei komplexen Kunden auf weltweiter Basis ausgebaut und neue Projekte gewonnen werden um den Deckungsbeitrag zu steigern. Sie erstellen und setzen eine globale produktspezifische Kundenstrategie um.
Als Business Development Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie dafür verantwortlich Marktentwicklungen und Produkttrends zum Thema Cabin Air Quality zu verfolgen, neue Business Opportunities und Marktfelder zu identifizieren und Kooperationen oder neue Business Modelle voranzubringen um Martkführer statt Follower zu sein. Dazu gehört die Ermittlung einer entsprechenden Produktstrategie sowie die Unterstützung der globalen Teams bei der Umsetzung dieser.
