Internal Fleet & Project Specialist (M/F/d):

_We are currently looking for an Internal Fleet & Project Specialist (M/F/d)
_:

_We want you to:

_:

  • Provide assistance and support various internal/external Stakeholders as required in the functional responsibility
  • Gather information and conduct initial analysis, process the analysis into a useful summary (generating new reports) to support the team / department objectives and decisionmaking
  • Perform tasks upon various internal/external adhoc request
  • Fulfill administrative and operational & technical tasks following GENESIS policies and principles with specified Line Manager's guidance
  • Develop a reporting systeM/Frequency and proposing KPI's & templates
  • Work on the coordination of vehicle onfleet / defleet internally and with the markets
  • Build business processes and work with the NSC's to agree on their fleet plans and monitor the KPI's
  • Work on the Fleet management, Contract management and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable legal frameworks
  • Provide support with various strategic projects within the Used Car & Remarketing team
  • Develop audit programs and processes to support the governance of the internal fleet with a focus on cost control and revenues
  • Create & manage a Genesis employee purchase Used Car Program

_ Requirements:

  • University Degree (BSc, MSc) in a relevant field
  • Project management experience
  • At least 3years of experience in a related function, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to present complex data and analysis to senior management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Full proficiency in English and good level of German
  • Valid Driving license
