Job Description:


Join us as a Director, Regional Marketing and you'll have the opportunity to drive revenue impact and connect with customers in a hyper-growth business.


You'll build, lead and coach a high-performing team focused on driving scalable demand generation programs and experiences across segments and territories in Central Europe, Italy and Iberia.


You'll combine essential leadership skills, strategic expertise, and exceptional execution to increase meetings and opportunities as a business partner to sales.

You'll thrive on prioritising and balancing the right set of objectives and marketing mix in creative and innovative ways.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Own a marketing sourced pipeline target and develop a forward highgrowth marketing plan that combines intelligence/data by accounts in region with key objectives, execution mix, results, and resource management
  • Execute with excellence across core functional areas to deliver results in region including thought leadership and awareness; targeted account marketing; local demand generation programs and campaigns; and amazing customer experiences and events:
  • Drive local thought-leadership and/or third-party programs that increase awareness with key decision maker audiences across segments, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy, story, and placement
  • Develop and execute innovative, targeted campaigns that inform, educate, and engage contacts within accounts to drive demos, meetings, and progression
  • Strategically plan and execute scalable, valueadd customer experiences and events in region that create speaking opportunities; engage customers across multiple personas/roles; and drive action in the journey. The mix can include digital series; Zscaler hosted engagements; thirdparty events; industry trade shows and conferences; CXO roundtables; partner events, user groups, and more
  • Land regionally aligned channel and alliance Go To Market programs and experiences, aligned to the channel marketing and sales priorities in the region
  • Help build customer stories, use cases, and champion builder programs hat evangelise our differentiation, value, and relationships
  • Partner and build strong relationships internally and externally to create one Zscaler experience with the customer:
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to prioritize target accounts and build marketing plans and execution to increase engagement, new business meetings and pipeline.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships across global marketing, GEO marketing, sales, channel, and alliances to share learning's requirements, best practices, and drive for alignment.
  • Track, measure and refine performance aligned to annual performance targets. Deliver updates and insights monthly. Analyze performance and trends to make recommendations for continuous improvement. Actively participate in performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews

Qualifications:


Ideally, You'll Have:


  • Experience in hightech, high growth cybersecurity companies
  • Proven track record driving demand generation and growth, and working crossfunctionally across multiple teams
  • Ability to synthesise insights from multiple resources and perspectives to prioritise and put action in motion
  • Profound spirit of team leadership, coaching and collaboration. Ability to build and grow a team in the region and connect with the broader team in a meaningful way
  • Strengths in planning, strategy, execution, and operations and how the funnel works and marketing's role in driving sourced pipeline contribution
  • Ability to project and program management with exceptional organisation skills that meets or exceeds goals, timelines, and budget
  • Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and other MarTech stack
  • Willingness to travel within territory approx. 25% of the time
