    an unserer Hauptniederlassung in München Ihre Aufgaben

    • Entwicklung der lokalen CPO-Strategie (Certified Pre-Owned) sowie Führung der CPO-Abteilung Deutschland
    • Schnittstelle zum Global Director CPO
    • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Category Manager CPO und der Sales Lounge München
    • Betreuung von VIP Kunden
    • Festlegung und Einhaltung der Verkaufsziele sowie Budget-/P&L-Verantwortung
    • Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung einheitlicher und effizienter Abläufe
    • Kommunikation und Support mit bzw. für die Geschäfte sowie die Durchführung von Schulungen
    • Kontrolle und Überwachung des CPO-Einkaufs und der Abwicklung von CPO-Produkten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
    • Festlegung und Überwachung von Preisen für CPO-Produkte unter Berücksichtigung von Margenzielen und Einhaltung von Einkaufs- sowie Trade-In-Preisstandards
    • Koordination der Qualitätskontrollen und Reparaturen von CPO-Uhren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Uhrenatelier
    • Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Reportings mit bzw. an die Geschäftsleitung BUDE/Gruppenleitung

    Ihre Kompetenzen

    • Kaufmännischer Background mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Studium oder ähnlicher Weiterbildung
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
    • Erfahrung in der Personalführung
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie gutes Verständnis für Zahlen, Marketing und Verkauf
    • Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Vernetzte, interdisziplinäre Denkweise sowie sehr gute Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
    • Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Selbständigkeit und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
