What you'll do

  • Drives International relocations cases within SAP's Global Mobility policies
  • Responsible contact person for line managers, program/project managers, employees, Talent Attraction Partners, HR Business Partners, to consult on Global Mobility related questions.
  • Acts as a Country Expert for assigned countries and shares knowledge and expertise, including proactive input for the internal knowledge database
  • Requests exceptions and finds solutions for nonstandard cases, giving feedback for the global policy and ongoing process improvements.
  • Escalates nonstandard topics to the right people, includes all stakeholders in the consultation with the customer and finds solutions.
  • Provides advice and guidance as required by customers, colleagues, and management to help aid business decisions.
  • Interacts with Mobility's Third Party vendors for constant process improvements and optimization of the individual relocations
  • Contributes independently to projects.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Languages or comparable
  • Basic knowledge in domestic and or international taxation rules and an interest to broaden knowledge
  • Project management skills and first experience driving technology driven initiatives with a focus on turning theory into action
  • Welldeveloped analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly quality driven and strong sense of urgency
  • Highly customer orientated
  • Strong ability to work in international & virtual teams
  • Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
