    As a Marketing Technology Consultant, you are dedicated to our customers' success, supporting them to make the best use of data-driven Marketing. Starting from jointly developing business processes and successfully implement them in Marketo.

    Marketo is a software designed to help businesses assess and automate marketing tasks. A big plus, if you know how to make use of it already. If not, no stress - we got your back and helped you work with this powerful tool.

    Your mission

    Your mission as a Marketing Technology Consultant is to make our customers, services and our team better every day. From day 1 you will be an integral part of the team, actively working with clients to help them achieve their goals with Marketing Technology.

    What exactly does the mission entail?

    • You help customers to understand the technical implications of Marketo and "translate" them for all parties involved (marketing, sales, IT)
    • You support various clients and take them to the next level of marketing technology: consulting, conception, implementation, process development, setup management, operational support, workshops and training
    • You support customers operationally and communicate at the interface with technical service providers to further develop the unique solutions
    • You will become a MarTech expert - to be able to advise clients on all aspects of marketing technology, analytics and personalization; the focus is on the strategic alignment of technologies within marketing processes
    • You work in a team - and take responsibility for individual tasks in customer-related or internal projects with plenty of creative freedom for your ideas

    Your profile

    Required skills

    • Passion for combining technological understanding, strategic analysis and operational implementation
    • Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems (Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua) in particular
    • Data-driven thinker
    • Ideally, knowledge of the configuration and implementation of software solutions
    • Procedural understanding and ability to plan, lead and execute (marketing) campaigns
    • Being proactive and a consultant in the communication with clients
    • Ability to understand the technical relationships and dependencies and to explain them on an easy level to non-technicians
    • Willingness to learn and to work independently
    • Ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders and C-level executives
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in German & English

    Additional skills
    • Understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem
    • Ability to understand technology terminology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST API) in the communication with customers and technical service providers
