- Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Umweltmanagement-systems (ISO14001) und Einführung zentraler Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung erforderlicher interner und externer Vorgaben
- Umsetzung und Unterstützung bei den gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen im Umweltschutzbereich
- Planung und Durchführung von Audits, deren Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung und Überprüfung der Nachhaltigkeit der umgesetzten Maßnahmen
- Betreuung von Genehmigungsverfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Ämtern sowie unternehmensintern
- Leitung und Mitwirkung bei fachübergreifenden Projekten im Umweltschutzbereich
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des werksinternen Environmental Management-Reviews
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und darauf aufbauende Weiterqualifizierung zum Techniker vorzugsweise mit Kennnissen im Umweltschutz
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Qualifizierung zum Umweltauditor
- Erste praktische Berufserfahrung optimalerweise im Umfeld eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Umweltmanagement sowie in den anzuwendenden gesetzlichen Regelwerken und ISO-Normen
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischsprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
