Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning and development initiatives for (Potential) Executives in line with our People strategy
  • Support the rollout of Leadership Development by taking ownership in developing elements of our leadership curriculum
  • Act as expert and owner for a variety of development tools, e.g. mentoring, personality tests, 360° Feedback, and more
  • Take ownership and deliver on assigned projects and tasks
  • Contribute to learning and development delivery, e.g. administering L&D tools, responding to queries with regards to organizational and personal development needs
  • Work with the Talent & Learning Team in delivering relevant program analytics and metrics as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in learning and talent development and introduce innovative learning and development formats
  • Think big to identify the root causes of problems through a holistic view and longterm perspective
  • Connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment

Your profile

  • University degree in a HRrelated business discipline or equivalent
  • Several years experience in the area of talent management/development, learning or a comparable HR business role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience and outcomes
  • Passionate about talent development and learning, with a keen interest in emerging trends and best practices in leadership development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead executive development programs across multiple stakeholders and achieving project objectives
  • Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful culture
