About the role:

The person in this role will work between the Information Security team and the various technical teams within the Group Infrastructure & Operations organisation.

They will be responsible for ensuring that those people work together to ensure that security policies are created with solid technical guidance and are therefore clear and deliverable.

We are primarily looking for support at our location in Hamburg, it would also be possible to support our locations in Warsaw or London

Your Tasks:

Maintaining a relationship and continuous communication with the InfoSec team and the various technical teams within Group I&O as well as the Local business unit technical teams where appropriate
Managing the Group I&O Security community as a cornerstone/conduit for continuous communication
Ensuring that technical teams deliver feedback to InfoSec so that the policies they create are deliverable
Coordinating tasks for delivery by the technical teams to get the right people involved at the right time, and working within the teams agile processes to make sure that the required resource is available through prioritisation. Helping with the correct prioritisation when balanced again competing work which is IT or Business Driven
Gathering data and generating reports needed by InfoSec, Leadership and the technical teams relating to security topics, for example compliance/progress metrics against policies
Work with the technical teams and stakeholders in other business units to help the tech teams find solutions that will give as broad compliance to as many of our business units as possible with mínimal time/effort
Assist with coordination of relevant resources over the technical teams in the event of a major security incident or breach to ensure that the InfoSec team have the right people to help with the investigation and mitigation work relating to the incident

Your Profile:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years' experience leading people and projects, either in a team or project leadership role involving the coordination of multiple people across ideally multiple teams/disciplines
Ideally with some history of working specifically on IT/Cyber Security related topics and compliance
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Working knowledge and interest in IT/Cyber Security
Basic knowledge in at least some of the technical areas covered by the technical team
Management of data and the use of that data to produce reports
Ability to talk to and work with people of multiple disciplines and levels of an organisation confidently
Strong English speaking and writing skills
German and/or Polish Language is a plus
COMPETENCIES
Good teamwork and cooperative behaviour, as well as strong customer and service orientation
Experience working on cross functional, selfmanaging teams and managing time independently with little direction
Ability to take ownership of tasks under own initiative
Good communication skills
