- Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Qualitätsmanagementsystems eines innovativen Softwareunternehmens
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in allen Unternehmensbereichen bei internen Audits
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Qualitätsaspekten und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung interner Prozesse
- Berichterstattung über den Stand der Maßnahmen und Kennzahlen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Verfahrens-, Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen
- Durchführung von qualitätsrelevanten Schulungen und Lessons-learned-Aktivitäten
- Begleitung der internen und externen Audits (TISAX, ISO14001, ISO9001)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik, Ingenieurwesen oder Informatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Auditerfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Qualitätsmanagementmethoden, Qualitätsnormen und Regelwerke
- Proaktive sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und positive Durchsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
