What powers you at work?Job Description:
- Lead the overall commercial success of the proposition for a defined industry vertical (e.g., Retail, Hospitality & Restaurant, Petrol/EVC, Smart Mobility, Travel, Airlines, Financial Institutions) across the European Markets
- Integrate customer needs, market research and competition trends to develop a unique vertical proposition with a clear USP and value proposition to maximize and develop revenue opportunities
- Design and prioritize the vertical proposition roadmap, drive its execution and commercialization
- Bring sales transformation and verticalization forward and support countries on bestinclass approach towards your industry vertical
- Work across functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Pricing
- Own the vertical proposition and be accountable for its commercial success
- Be responsible for guiding product strategy and setting the right priorities for your vertical
- Establish, track and monitor KPI goals and objectives for your vertical proposition
- Orchestrate the value proposition of your vertical towards and across countries
- Engage with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Pricing to define and implement the best value proposition
- Actively monitor industry trends; participate in industry forums, professional associations, conferences, etc.
- Empower Success Stories & Testimonials, and build additional proofspoints to feed value proposition
Qualifications: - Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it's also your personality that makes the difference for us
- Experience as vertical/proposition manager or a similar role in product or business management, ideally in the payments industry and/or with experience from an industry vertical
- Ability to create, lead and steer the vertical proposition and work end2end from product to business
- Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with B2B product and/or propositions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well thought-out, simple solutions.
- Good technical background with an understanding of the software/product development life cycle
- Strong communication skills (Fluent in English, written and verbal), listening and interpersonal influencing skills.
