- Du führst ESG-Wesentlichkeitsanalysen sowie Benchmarking Bewertungen für unsere Mandant:innen durch und hilfst bei der Identifizierung und dem Management von ESG-Chancen und Risiken
- Du navigierst im komplexen Regulatorik-Umfeld (CSRD/ESRS, ISSBEU Green Deal)
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Steuerungs- und Zielsystemen zur ganzheitlichen Integration von Nachhaltigkeit
- Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Natur-, Wirtschafts-, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du verfügst über relevante Kenntnisse im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und/oder erste Berufserfahrung in Unternehmensberatungen oder in den Nachhaltigkeitsabteilungen von Unternehmen
- Du hast eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, bist kreativ und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere MS Excel und Power Point)
- Du zeigst Reisebereitschaft ebenso wie die Fähigkeit auch remote im Team arbeiten zu können
