Important Pointer:
We need to have a native German speaker for this role or at least C1 certified as he/she is expected to deal with government agencies.
Job Description:
Maintaining correspondence files, legal materials, and other complex or sensitive records in all areas (corporate governance)
Distribution of incoming documents within the company to particular stakeholders
Mavenir contact person for local vendors
Raising PR / PO, payments validation, contracts validation and archiving
Dealing with matters related to facilities (including building access and parking) and external services including the placing of supply orders and handling deliveries
Coordinating/arranging internal and external meetings, liaising and interacting across the management/leadership team, and across departments
May be asked to prepare meeting agendas, meeting room arrangements, and meeting logistics based on office needs
Point of contact for travelers, arranging travels and accommodation bookings for LTA / STA
Assist new employees in office, local office guidance, Bonn and Germany advisory for incoming travelers and LTA/STA
Contact person for local authorities (tax office, health insurance institutions, pension insurance institutions, labor office)
Provides overview of translations, German texts validation, advisory
Cooperation with finance team, payroll team, HR team, IT team, facility team, global mobility helping to solve local German language issues
May be asked to provide statutory reports - support to HR, legal, finance, PSVAG (for example, insurance, payroll, etc.)
Salary: 24,000.00€ - 36,000.00€ per year
