- Sie geben wichtige Impulse bei der Definition der Prozessparameter und der wichtigsten Arbeitsanweisungen für die Übergabe an die Serienproduktion.
- Ein weiteres Ziel ist unter anderem die Planung und Koordination von Entwicklungsversuchen im Labormaßstab und in der Serienfertigung während der Entwicklungsphase.
- Bei der Dokumentation von Versuchen, internen Standards und Berichtswesen sind Sie maßgeblich beteiligt.
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie bei der Unterstützung des Lead-Engineering bei kundenbezogenen Themen, sowie die Bewertungen der Machbarkeit von Schweißkonzepten involviert.
- Kontakt zu externen Lieferanten für Prozessoptimierungen und neue Lösungen sind für Sie tägliche Abläufe und keine Herausforderungen.
- Sie unterstützen in der RFQ-, Konzept- und Inbetriebnahmephasen von Produktionsmaschinen/-zellen und definieren Vorrichtungen sowie Werkzeuge, um bei der Erstellung von Nemak Prozessstandards für Schweißprozesse mitzuwirken.
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, vorzugsweise Produktionstechnik oder
- Maschinenbau
- Die Qualifikation als Internationaler Schweißfachingenieur ist erforderlich
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie oder metallverarbeitenden Industrie.
- Prozessverständnis in den erforderlichen Bereichen: mechanisches Fügen oder Richten ist von Vorteil.
- Sie bestechen durch Ihren systematischen Arbeitsstil und sind dabei ein wahrer Teamplayer.
- Klar in der Kommunikation, überzeugend in Verhandlungen – auf Deutsch und auf Englisch.
- Ihr sicheres Auftreten im Geschäftsleben stellen Sie bei gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (20-30%) gerne unter Beweis.
