Responsibilities:


  • Initiation and implementation of measures to improve processes in cooperation with other areas of the Klüber Group
  • Central contact for the support and monitoring of processes and systems in the context of "Supply Chain Fulfilment". Topics such as our direct customer supply, private label business, internal business relation
  • Establishment, further development and support of suitable logistics tools, reports and key figures for stringent target alignment, identification of weaknesses and initiation of improvement measures
  • Solving supply problems of customers as an escalation level as well as working towards structural improvements to prevent repetition
  • Checking special customer requirements and harmonising them with existing internal processes
  • Optimisation and digitalisation of existing processes

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
  • Sound computer skills with PC systems and ERP systems as well as SAP
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Analytical approach and strategic, goal
- and result-oriented thinking and acting

  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility as well as commitment, assertiveness and negotiating skills
  • Salesoriented thinking and customeroriented action with high service orientation and pragmatic approach
  • Project management skills and experience in an international context
