Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

Implementierung: Verantwortlich für die Implementierung bei Kunden, einschließlich der strategischen Integration des Produkts in ihre Arbeitsabläufe und Beratung zur optimalen Nutzung, um ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
Lösungsorientiert: Sicherstellen, dass die Kunden alle Potenziale voll ausschöpfen, indem du individuelle Lösungen vorschlägst, die ihren Anforderungen gerecht werden.
Schulungen: Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden, um das volle Potenzial der Lösungen zu erschließen und sie bei Fragen und Problemen zu unterstützen.
Upselling: Erkennen von Upselling-Möglichkeiten und Anbieten von zusätzlichen Funktionen, die den Kunden Vorteile bringen.
Sparringpartner: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen, eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung aufzubauen und sie bei der Zielerreichung zu unterstützen.

Anforderungen:

SAAS-Kompetenz: Erfahrung mit SAAS-Produkten, Schwerpunkt auf Implementierung & Beratung.
Teamfähigkeit: Engagiert, verantwortungsbewusst und erfolgreich im Team arbeitend.
Kundenorientierung: Stark in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und im Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen.
Softwareimplementierung: Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen.
Zusätzliche Qualifikationen: Idealerweise Hintergrund in Controlling, Finanzen oder Projektmanagement.
Interesse an KI: Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz und Innovationsbereitschaft.
