    Generative AI Engineer (w/d/m)

    Für unser Team Business Enablement & Innvoation im Bereich IT suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Freiburg im Breisgau einen Generative AI Engineer (w/d/m).

    Im Moment stehen wir vor der Herausforderung, unterschiedlichste AI-Services zu evaluieren und den Mitarbeiter:innen der Haufe Group zentral zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir suchen einen qualifizierten und erfahrenen Generative AI Engineer:in mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Data Science und Machine Learning, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in NLP, generativer AI, LLMs, MLOps, Optimierungstechniken und KI-Lösungsarchitektur.
    In dieser Position werden Sie eine tragende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI-Lösungen spielen und dabei Ihr technisches Fachwissen einsetzen.

    Mit unserem Team Business Enablement und Innovation sind wir erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Geschäftseinheiten bei verschiedensten Technologiefragen.

    Das erwartet dich:

  • Identifizierung und Evaluierung von AI-Technologien für den unternehmensinternen Einsatz
  • Bewertung und Auswahl von AI-Modellen wie zum Beispiel GPT3.5, GPT4, OLlama oder Stable Difussion, etc.
  • Entwicklung von Architekturlösungen und Best-Practice Szenarien
  • Beratung und Konzeption von individuellen Use Cases in den Haufe Group Produkten
  • Implementierung und Betrieb von AI-Lösungen
  • Entwurf, Implementierung und Auswertung von Experimenten
  • Teilnahme an übergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung von strategischen Leitplanken

    • Das bringst du mit:

  • Bachelor oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Informatik oder einem verwandtem Fachgebiet
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in AI/ML Technologien und Softwareentwicklung
  • Wissen und Erfahrung im Bereich der Generativen AI und Wissen über Methoden und Richtlinien die den vertrauensvollen Umgang und die Nutzung von AI-Technologien sicherstellen
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Python, R, Javascript und Frameworks wie TensorFlow oder PyTorch, Erfahrungen im Bereich Monitoring und Logging und erweiterte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Cloud Plattformen von AWS und Azure
  • Kenntnisse über Cloud Architekturen, Data Engineering und Sicherheitspraktiken im Bereich AI und Erfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering inklusive Datenkuration und Verarbeitung
  • Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten, sowie die Fähigkeit Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit HTML und CSS
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
