We are now looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist with focus on Events for Central and Western Europe (CWE) at our location in Munich.

As a Regional Marketing Specialist for CWE, you will report to and support the Marketing Team Leader at Bluebeam.

Aside from the regional team in Munich, you will work closely with colleagues in the UK, Sweden, Australia, as well as the marketing team at our headquarters in Pasadena, California.

This is a full-time position.


Key responsibilities within the role:


Events and Virtual Experiences:


  • Plan, organize and execute all marketing events in Central and Western Europe. This includes trade shows, roadshows, lectures, partner conferences and webinars.
  • Management of the event budget including detailed monitoring of KPIs (costs, leads, sales, registrations)
  • Coordination of all agencies and service providers around the event
  • Organizing the event participation of relevant stakeholders, speakers, and internal employees
  • Planning sponsorship packages with associations
  • Working with the marketing team to promote the events to the appropriate target audience
  • Collaborating with the sales team for presentations
  • Ensure proper branding when working with event organizers, partners and trade organizations
  • Further development & monitoring of digital event formats e.g. hybrid, webinars. Live Talks

Content & Online Marketing:


  • Operational support for online marketing presence for all relevant channels.
  • Management of agencies/service providers for content creation e.g. blog posts, reference documentation, sales presentations, newsletters
  • Social media marketing according to the brand's own communication strategy

Marketing to partners:


  • Work with partners to assist them in developing approved marketing plans
  • Supporting partners at: Trade shows, webinars, roadshows, lectures, presentation materials, marketing materials

Other:


  • Collaborate with the international marketing team headquartered in Pasadena.
  • Assist the Marketing team lead with daytoday administrative tasks
  • Monthly followup on all invoices and compilation of outstanding expenses
  • Ad hoc activities as needed, shipping supplies and contracting couriers

What we'd like to see in you:

  • Desirable: 3 years of professional experience in marketing or event management.
  • A degree in marketing, event management or business administration or equivalent onthejob training: event management assistant, marketing assistant
  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new tools/systems quickly
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% of monthly work hours)
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Sprout, and Pardot a plus
  • Flexibility to work with international teams in different time zones
  • High level of initiative and passion for marketing/events and working with people from all over the world
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven coordination and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members as well as vendors
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
