Bluebeam's Sales Support Team partners in support of the sales team throughout the entire sales process.

This position will collaborate with sales representatives and the accounts (customers or partners), providing support to allow Sales to spend more time in front of customers.

Specialists use their knowledge of Bluebeam systems, policies and processes, communication skills, and problem-solving in their efforts toward achieving company goals.

This role is full-time and will be hybrid in nature, with 2-3 days a week in our fantastic office located in Munich at Konrad-Zuse-Platz


What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Sales Support team, you'll wear many hats, each one key to the growth and success of our organization


The role includes:

Quoting and Order Processing Support:


  • Provide quotes for small opportunities and assist with larger multiyear agreements or licence calculations as needed. Assist sales with managing renewal quotes. Review, process, and coordinate customer orders, ensuring a smooth flow from initiation to Order Management.

Salesforce Support:


  • Review Sales revenue and forecast dates for accuracy and compliance; notify sales representatives if changes are needed. Oversee the structuring of new accounts in Salesforce, including parent/child relationships, ensuring completeness. Process change requests efficiently.

Reporting:


  • Publish clear and concise reports from existing dashboards, making them available to our frontline sales representatives or sales management. Maintain data hygiene across Salesforce and Licensing systems.

Problem solving:


  • Act as a bridge between Sales and other departments like Legal and Finance, solving problems and paving the way for successful business closure. Identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and serve as an advocate for Sales in Customer Operations.

Sales Policy Support:


  • Be the champion of our sales and data policies across various territories, ensuring that Sales stays compliant, monitoring adherence to standards and best practices.

Project Support/Travel:


  • Assist with specific ad hoc projects as needed and up to
    10% travel could be expected.

About You:


  • 2+ years in relevant career experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Prior experience within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience within NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
  • Knowledge or experience with a Licensing System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Experience running reports (using PowerBI is preferred)
  • Fluent in
    German and English:
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with stellar planning and organization.
