- Aufbau einer Accountstruktur, Erweiterung der Vertriebswege und Implementierung von Strategien zur kurz- und langfristigen Erweiterung der Marktanteile
- Planung von Vertriebsaktivitäten auf der Grundlage eines definierten Prozesses zur Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs in der zugeordneten Region
- Durchführung von Vertriebsveranstaltungen und Produktdemos beim Kunden und auf firmeninternen Ausstellungen
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der Bestandskunden
- Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung aktueller Kenntnisse über den Dentalmarkt und Beobachtung von Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Funktionen wie den Application Specialists, Sales Managern und Marketing
- Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Produkten und Aktivitäten
- Konsistente Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System
- Erfahrung im Verkauf digitaler Lösungen an Zahnarztpraxen und Dentallabore
- Klares Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse, solide Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Beziehungen, Umgang mit komplexen Situationen und Betreuung von anspruchsvollen Accounts
- Ausgeprägte Antizipations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit
- Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte
- Ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Programmen und CRM-Erfahrung
- Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an der Teamarbeit, insbesondere in einer funktionsübergreifenden Teamumgebung
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zahntechniker wünschenswert
- Reisebereitschaft in der DACH-Region
- Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
