- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to our ecommerce business to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns using segmentation, personalization, and automation to boost customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to derive actionable insights, monitor KPIs, and evaluate marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Segment customer data based on behavior, demographics, and transactions to craft highly targeted marketing initiatives.
- Optimize customer journeys across markets to deliver consistent messaging and seamless experiences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and CRM best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) as a CRM Manager, preferably in an ecommerce setting.
- Strong grasp of CRM principles and strategies, with a history of successful campaign execution.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Klaviyo), email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
- Experience establishing CRM strategies and operations from the ground up is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Sound knowledge of ecommerce dynamics, customer lifecycle, and revenue models.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for providing valuable feedback on messaging and design.
- Customer-centric mindset and a profound understanding of the ecommerce landscape.
- Fluency in English (German proficiency is a bonus).
