- Konzeption, Implementierung und Reporting von CRM Strategien und Kampagnen für das INSIDER Loyalty Programm in internationalen Märkten (Schwerpunkte AT, CEE)
- Roll-Out des INSIDER Programms für unsere internationalen Länder
- Steuerung der INSIDER Kampagnen (Offline, Online) und POS Kommunikation mit den Schwerpunkten Personalisierung und Digitalisierung
- Definition von INSIDER Features und Benefits sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Omnichannel Segmentierungsstrategien
- Steuerungder Loyalty KPI's und Definition von Potentialen sowie Maßnahmen
- Budgetplanung und -Controlling
- Schnittstelle zu diversen internen Fachabteilungen, wie zum Beispiel Marketing, internationalen Vertriebsabteilungen und Customer Service sowie externen Agenturen
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung der Kommunikations- oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/CRM
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CRM mit Schwerpunkt Loyalty sowie Steuerung und Umsetzung von Omnichannel Kampagnen (Online/Offline)
- Sehr gute Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitalen Loyalty Programmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse mit CRM und Loyalty Tools (. Bloomreach, Salesforce, Dymatrix, Emarsys)
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Innovationsfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kreativität
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Ost-Europäische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
