  • Define product strategy and kick off new product and roadmap projects based on customer and market need
  • Business development for new communication standards
  • Drive the whole product life cycle from product idea , through specification definition, business case preparation, tracking of project activities and generation of launch plans
  • Lead cross-functional project-teams to meet customer's and Infineon's business needs
  • Understand market & customer requirements and product functionalities
  • Be part of a global interdisciplinary expert team consisting of application engineering, product development, quality, finance, sales, and regional marketing
    • You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Master degree in Electrical Engineering, RF or Semiconductor Technology . MBA is a plus
  • At least 10 years of overall experience
  • At least 6 years of relevant product marketing experience within the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • The ability to understand and structure complex business situation s , consolidate and present those on the management level
  • In-depth know-how of the overall RF industry , application trends, key customers and partnership landscape
  • Continuous benchmarking with competitor roadmaps and product offerings to optimize portfolio and performance
  • Availability to international business travel
  • Fluent in English, German as a plus
