Product Manager - Endovascular Therapies

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team specialized in Endovascular Therapies.

As a Product Manager focused on Endovascular Therapies, you will be responsible for steering a new product from conception to market introduction and beyond, overseeing its entire journey.

Your role will be pivotal in translating our corporate strategy and product vision into tangible, impactful products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining a clear product vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Translating the strategy into a detailed Roadmap
• Collecting feedback from the market, customers, partners, and sales to identify needs, trends, and competitive information
• Setting and prioritizing product requirements for new features
• Collaborating with various departments to prioritize requirements and enhance customer experience
• Creating value propositions, messaging, and claims backed by clinical evidence
• Engaging in events and sales presentations to showcase our products
• Monitoring global sales performance and providing regular reports with key business metrics
• Developing training content to empower sales teams in communicating product value
• Managing the product lifecycle from launch to phase-out

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have:

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated excellence in professional, academic, or extracurricular activities reflecting a strong drive for success
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the medical industry
• Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills
• Capability to simplify complex issues into clear strategies
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities (English proficiency, German is a bonus)
• Knowledge in product and requirements management
• Effective collaboration and assertiveness
• Location: Munich with up to 30% travel
