Let's revolutionize the connection between art and retail, bringing everyday life and art together. Your responsibilities
    • Collaborate directly with the Product Manager to develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies
    • Conduct rigorous analysis of email performance metrics, iterating and refining campaign strategies accordingly
    • Generate innovative customer engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives
    • Use targeted messaging on-site via popups, and embedded messages with our software to further push your campaign strategies
    • Employ storytelling techniques to articulate the LUMAS brand and artist narratives, enhancing customer experience and loyalty
    Your profile
    • 3-4 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in eCommerce
    • An analytical mindset, skilled in converting raw data into actionable plans
    • Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities
    • Eager to step out of the junior role and ready to take on more responsibilities
    • Business fluent in German and English
