As we build and scale our People Team, we need a dedicated team player and relationship builder to join the People Partner Team and report directly to our Chief People Officer.

You will be the first point of contact to our talented Engineering, Product and Design Teams. Our People Team is responsible to find, develop, motivate and retain amazing talent.

We are advocates for our company culture and support executives and managers, allowing our company to develop and grow quickly, in a sustainable and scalable fashion.

What You'll Do:


  • Create and maintain strong relationships with leaders and their team members, to support cultural and organizational needs and continue to build on our amazing culture
  • Through exceptional relationship building, you will fully understand the strategic direction of Soundwide and cocreate people focused initiatives to support and promote the achievement of our organizational goals
  • Help define and roll out the staple HR processes (performance management, compensation, leveling, feedback, retention etc.) in a way that delivers results, in close partnership with the business, and in alignment with our core values
  • Focus on diversity, equity and inclusion as a key building block to everything we do, working closely with your colleagues, leaders throughout the business, and all of Soundwide's brands to continually improve our culture and practices
  • Educate and partner with managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development goals
  • Analyze employee data (e.g. compensation, attrition, engagement and feedback) to guide decisionmaking and provide solutions to the leaders you support
  • Champion our culture by promoting company values to guide decisionmaking and drive thoughtful and effective change management in a fastpaced environment
  • Follow up with managers and driving action plans to respond to engagement and proactively identify emerging people issues and trends within the business and work wit your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions results
  • Coach and advise management on matters such as leadership best practices, organizational design, culture and compliance
  • Collaborate with L&D to build career paths, identify learning trends and opportunities and to define succession plans for the business
  • Support and facilitate global HR activities, including onboarding, development, leadership coaching, performance management, culture, engagement programs etc.

What You'll Need:


  • Your significant previous business partnership experience and proven ability to build, drive and transform people programs, generalist experience preferred
  • Your demonstrated strong commercial acumen and highly developed analytical skills to investigate, design, and implement effective HR solutions
  • An ability to balance the needs of our people and the needs of the business
  • Your skills in coaching both new and experienced managers, along with their teams, to build their skill sets over time.
  • You're proven to be an effective and strategic partner who can also coach to executivelevel leadership
  • You communicate clearly and empathetically in a global environment across multiple cultures both facetoface and in writing
  • You offer experience contributing to merger and acquisition context or a similar fastpaced change environment
  • You bring an in depth knowledge of German labor and employment laws. Having worked within a unionized environment is a plus.
