    Was macht man eigentlich als...

    ...Technical Integration & Implementation Manager? Du bist Teil unseres Customer Experience Teams und für das technische Onboarding neuer Kunden verantwortlich. Du bringst gerne dein Schnittstellenwissen aus IT und Healthcare ein und fühlst dich in der Kundenkommunikation wohl. Von einzelnen Praxen bis hin zu Kliniken arbeitest du schwerpunktmäßig mit den technischen Ansprechpartnern zusammen und begleitest diese im Onboarding-Prozess, damit unsere Konfigurationsexperten die digitalen Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Kunden umsetzen können. Dabei schaffst du die technischen Grundlagen in den Bereichen Schnittstellen und Datenimport.

    Gemeinsam verbessern wir das Gesundheitssystem - Deine Aufgaben

    • Gemeinsam mit unseren Consultants bist du für die Aufschaltung unserer Neukunden zuständig
    • Übernahme des technischen Onboardings (z.B. Benutzererstellung, Anwendungsinstallation, Druckereinrichtung) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
    • Durchführung und Steuerung von Schnittstelleneinrichtungen (z.B. GDT, HL7, FHIR), ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit Dritten
    • Ausführen von Datenexporten, Datenimporten und Datenverarbeitungen (ETL) aus gängigen AIS/KIS/PVS Systemen, ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit Dritten
    • Erstellung von dynamischen Patienten- und Dokumentationsformularen innerhalb unserer eigenen Applikation
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen z.B. Sales, Consultants, Projektmanagement zur Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten (Neu- und Bestandskunden)
    • Erarbeitung neuer Lösungsansätze bei Kundenprojekten

    Du begeisterst uns - Dein Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker) oder du hast über einen Quereinstieg vergleichbare Qualifikationen oder Berufserfahrung gesammelt
    • Operative Erfahrung mit Schnittstellenformaten (z.B. GDT, HL7, FHIR) und gängigen AIS / KIS Systemen
    • Kenntnisse im Bereich Webtechnologien (z.B. XML, HTML) sind von Vorteil
    • Logisch-analytisches Erfassen von komplexen Zusammenhängen und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsskills
