- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Softwarearchitektur und Multi-Service-Anwendungen
- Verständnis für Cloud Infrastrukturen und Besonderheiten von Software as a Service
- weiterführende Kenntnisse im Bereich DevOps und geübter Umgang mit CI/CD-Prozessen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich JAVA und mindestens einer weiteren Programmiersprache
- Deutsch auf C-Level-Niveau
- Lösungsorientiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gut organisiert, exzellentes Zeitmanagement
- Erfahrungen mit Entwicklungsumgebungen, Dokumentations-Anwendungen und Ticketing-Systemen
- Geübter Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen / Mac-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägte Soft Skills, wie Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
- Eine sehr gute Work-Life-Balance durch flexible Arbeitszeiten.
