    Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Steuerliche Betreuung des nationalen und internationalen Steuerrechts mit Produkt- und Kundenbezug
  • Fachliche Betreuung der US-Quellenbesteuerung nach dem Qualified Intermediary-Regime, u. a. Einarbeitung in die US-Steuergesetzgebung (US QI) und Reporting
  • Begleitung der Umsetzung steuerlicher Meldepflichten (z. B. CRS, FATCA)
  • Ansprechpartner für spezielle Vorschriften des ausländischen Steuerrechts (u. a. Finanztransaktionssteuer und Stamp Duty)
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung steuerrechtlicher Risikopotenziale
  • Analyse von Änderungen im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht mit Auswirkung auf die Besteuerung von Produkten und Kunden sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlung für die bankinterne Umsetzung
  • Betreuung von Außenprüfungen
    • Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften bzw. Rechtswissenschaften oder Ausbildung in der Finanzverwaltung
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Steuerberatung zu Finanzprodukten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
  • Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
