Your future team


You will be an integral part of our M&A team and seek out deals in close collaboration with our VP M&A as well as with colleagues across Europe.

Your role in this journey

  • Conduct market screenings (create market maps, outline industry landscape by vertical, identify trends) in our investment areas in close collaboration with Management.
  • Identify and evaluate the most promising opportunities for M&A (including preparation of investment committee meeting materials).
  • Support in due diligence processes and be responsible for your own tasks across different exciting M&A projects.
  • Drive company spirit and culture via events and team activities.
Your backpack is filled with

  • Strong academic background preferably with a technical or business background.
  • Previous experiences in startups, consulting, or corporate finance are a plus.
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
  • Near native German and excellent English skills.
