    Purchase Order Representative – Willich (Ref: SF45702)

    A Japanese electronic parts supplier is currently recruiting a Purchase Order Clerk for their growing and international team.

    The ideal candidate should be familiar with sales support and order management experience at least 5 years of professional experience.

    There is no business trip required.

    TYPE: Permanent, full time (6-month probation)

    SALARY: €40-50k annually depending on experience

    START: ASAP

    LOCATION: Willich, Germany (During the training, needs to commute everyday)

    WORKING HOURS: start: 8:00-9:00 / finish: 16:00-17:00 lunch break: 45min

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This role is mainly for the administrative and organizational tasks related to the sales activities, such as

    Create the sales offer/quotation

    Proceed the sales orders and purchase order in system

    Maintain the item master data

    Maintain the customer/supplier master data

    Analysis the business data, such as sales data, stock data, purchase data

    Communication and coordination with customer, supplier and internal team

    Also including document control related tasks, such as

    File, record and achieve the business-related official documents, such as business contracts, internal operation process

    Document preparation and coordination for ISO and IATF (under the lead from the SES quality team)

    IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    At least 5 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry

    Knowledge of Logistics (import, export) and Customs are advantageous

    Fluent in English, and some understanding of Japanese culture/Japanese skill is advantageous

    Advanced Excel skill is advantageous
