- Koordinierung und Überwachung der bestehenden Prozessabläufe und deren Kennzahlen
- Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozessabläufe
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Lagern und auf den Außenflächen
- Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche bei der Einführung von neuen oder geänderten Prozessabläufen
- Überwachung der Umsetzung aller vertraglichen Kundenanforderungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der relevanten Arbeitsschutz- und Brandschutzvorschriften
- Beratung der Bauleitung in technischen Fragen
- Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten durch telefonischen und persönlichen Kontakt
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Kundenbefragungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Überwachungs- und Wartungsterminen für technische Anlagen
- Überwachung von Prüfterminen etc. (UVV, Wartung etc.) für technische Anlagen
- Datenanalyse mit dem Ziel der vorbeugenden und vorausschauenden Instandhaltung
- Durchführung oder Überwachung von Tests von Notfallkonzepten
- Überwachung der von Kunden bestellten Bestände
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Materialwirtschaft/Logistik/Transport aus der bisherigen beruflichen Tätigkeit
- Gute Fachkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Lagerverwaltung und -technik; Logistikdienstleistung
- Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur effektiven Interaktion mit Teammitgliedern, Interessengruppen und Kunden
