- Project management for new implementations of MXP modules
- Coordinating timelines and implementation schedules
- Defining business requirements and creating documentation
- Handling enhancement requests and coordinating with the programming team
- Providing day-to-day support and maintenance for existing MXP clients
- Coordinating responses to support or enhancement requests
- Conducting system testing and maintaining user manuals
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Maintaining accurate logs of expenses
- Assisting with project-related cost invoicing
- Fostering positive relationships with colleagues
- Promoting cooperation and teamwork
- Understanding of cruise operations
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and appearance
- Proficiency in English and German (preferred)
- Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge
- Capacity to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in the cruise industry (mandatory)
- Previous experience in port cost management (preferred)
