    Einleitung

    Wir suchen eine:n kreative:n Praktikant:in für unser Research Team. Als Praktikant:in spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Identifizierung neuer Kanäle zur Rekrutierung von Teilnehmer:innen für unser Candis Research Panel und beim Engagement der Teilnehmer:innen nach der Registrierung.

    Aufgaben

    Das Candis Research Panel ist unser eigenes Pool von Finanzexperten in der DACH-Region, mit denen wir bezüglich der Produktentwicklung zusammenarbeiten. Teilnehmer:innen registrieren sich freiwillig und stimmen zu, für Markt- und Nutzerforschungsstudien kontaktiert zu werden. Als Gegenleistung für ihre Expertise und Zeit erhalten sie eine Entschädigung (Amazon-Gutschein, früher Zugang zu neuen Funktionen, Preisnachlaß usw.).

    Das Panel bietet uns direkte und kontinuierliche Rückmeldungen vom Markt und unseres Kundenstammes zu unserer Produktentwicklung. Wir möchten sicherstellen, dass wir immer Zugang zum Markt und unseren Kunden haben und müssen daher mehr Finanzexperten in unser Panel aufnehmen. Hier kommst du ins Spiel Wir brauchen deine Unterstützung, um neue Rekrutierungskanäle zu finden, die Anzahl neuer Teilnehmer:innen zu steigern und sie nach der Registrierung dazu zu motivieren, an unseren Studien teilzunehmen.

    Die grössten Herausforderungen umfassen die Identifizierung von Kanälen und die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern zur effektiven Rekrutierung von Teilnehmer:innen und die kontinuierliche Motivierung bestehender Teilnehmer:innen zur Teilnahme an unseren Studien.

    Idealerweise hast du nach 6 Monaten mehrere neue Kanäle und Partnerschaften zur Rekrutierung gefunden und eine stabile Anzahl an Registrierungen neuer Teilnehmer:innen erreicht. Du hast Strategien entwickelt, um Teilnehmer:innen für die Teilnahme an Studien zu begeistern. Zudem sind die Daten der Teilnehmer:innen in unserer Datenbank "sauber" und aktuell.

    Anforderungen
    • Abschluss in und / oder Berufserfahrung in Marketing / Marktforschung / ResearchOps.
    • Du kannst unseren aktuellen Prozess übernehmen und weiterentwickeln und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
    • Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit.
    • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).
    • Kreativität und Bereitschaft, Feedback anzunehmen.
    • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Verfassen von Texten (für E-Mail-Outreach, Social-Media-Beiträge, Website-Texte usw.).
    • Bonuspunkte, wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit Salesforce und Umfragetools wie Typeform oder SurveyMonkey hast.

    Dieses Praktikum beansprucht idealerweise 40 Stunden pro Woche, wir würden aber auch weniger Stunden pro Woche in Betracht ziehen.
