- Account Management.
- Site risk surveys including the following tasks:
- Preparation of site survey reports containing all necessary information for co-insurers,
- Execution of PML- and NLE-calculations,
- Development of risk improvement measures for loss reduction and prevention,
- Collaboration during implementation of risk improvement measures,
- Providing support to the Underwriting team in regard of the calculation of technical premium.
- Desk-top reviews:
- Evaluation of survey reports from leading insurers and, if necessary, development of risk improvement measures and follow-up.
- Support of the Underwriting team in regard of underwriting decisions.
- Collaboration with property line- and underwriting-strategies.
- Cooperation in internal as well as external/client related projects.
- Development of the Risk Engineering department.
- Completed studies of engineering, preferred process or safety engineering, specialized in fire prevention.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industry, fire protection installators and/or insurance in the field of risk engineering.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience and reliability as well as willingness to travel.
- Ability for business acumen and entrepreneurial responsibility.
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness.
- High problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Very good German language skills (business fluent) and good English language skills.
- In the first weeks you will get to know the organization, make initial contacts and familiarize yourself with your tasks as part of your onboarding.
- A buddy will be available to you regularly during this time. At this time you will also have your first meeting with the HR department so that any questions or organizational matters can be clarified.
- After this introduction period you will start to organize yourself with your tasks and surveys.
