- Promoting BPO services to clients across Europe
- Minimum five years' experience in middle management in call/service center operations or related field
- Strong understanding of financial services and Business Process Outsourcing
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders up to C-level executives
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen in a regulated environment
- Fluency in English and German

We are currently searching for a skilled Director of Operations to oversee the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams at FIS Banking in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the business towards a successful future with a focus on client satisfaction. The position is based in our Nuremberg office.
About the team:
The BPO Europe team manages outsourced operations for various clients in the banking and payments sector. As the Operations Director in Banking, you will be accountable for ensuring successful service delivery to our clients. You will also serve as a liaison between technology teams, delivery teams, and clients to meet requirements and align with client expectations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance our BPO services and drive efficiencies across all processes.
While we have achieved significant success, we are dedicated to enhancing the client experience at FIS. We are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our BPO services across Europe and establish a world-class operation that sets the standard for future clients.
