Job Description:


The Global Inside Sales Operations Executive contributes to driving profitability for GfK's Inside Sales business through continuous monitoring of iSAM performance and Sales data.

The Global Inside Sales Operations Executive ensures accurate and timely reporting to all relevant GfK stakeholders, as well as identifying best in class practice and improvement in data reporting areas.

Working closely with our growing global Inside Sales team covering multiple countries & regions and in close collaboration with Global/Regional Marketing, Presidents, Commercial Directors and other senior stakeholders, the Global Inside Sales Operations Executive creates efficient and accurate reporting tools and dashboards to better enable effective sales planning strategies and ultimately to develop new sales channel for GfK.

Reporting to our Global Director Inside Sales based in London, the Global Inside Sales Operations Executive is an early to mid-career stage data reporting professional with an agile working mentality and strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Performance Monitoring Salesforce/Salesloft
  • Creation and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards for Inside Sales
  • In collaboration with Salesforce team maintain and modify Salesforce structure and reporting according to business needs
  • Ensure high quality of Salesforce data from Inside Sales team by regular screening and maintenance of the Blue Book (where all Salesforce related processes are documented)
  • Design additional reporting required to support Inside Sales operations (can be Excel, Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Lead on CRM migration from Salesforce to Dynamics at the appropriate time, coordinating technical arcs, and ensuring a smooth transition for continuity of data and reporting accuracy
  • Take ownership of the renewal tracker to ensure iSAMs are fully prepared, and following the new renewal cadence process
  • Creation and maintenance of Salesloft dashboards for Inside Sales
  • Support Inside Sales GTM lead with the operational aspects of the build and implementation of the sales journey cadences
  • Support Inside Sales GTM lead with the operational aspects of implementing the automated nurturing programmes that are designed and rolled out
  • Other responsibilities
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute the biannual NPS survey
  • Ensure hubspot optins and blacklists are accurately maintained
  • Ensure quality and maintenance of Inside Sales Sharepoint site to allow for accurate and timely exchange of information with iSAM vendor and wider GfK stakeholders
  • Support Inside Sales GRM lead with the operational aspects of SmartE rollout
  • Conduct quarterly iSAM performance evaluation survey amongst GfK stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Degree in business administration, economics or similar studies
  • First professional experience in any of the following areas (ideally a combination of them):
  • Preferred: Salesforce, Sales Planning, Data Visualisation, Consultative Selling and Storytelling
  • Helpful: Market research, Prospecting
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Creativity and the ability to address realworld business problems analytically
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Advanced MS Office user
