    Die Position

    Die Abbott Automation Solutions GmbH ist aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Project Manager R&D (m/w/d) am Standort in Hamburg, an dem modulare Laborautomatisierungslösungen entwickelt werden.

    Als Project Manager R&D haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Teil eines interdisziplinären und engagierten Teams zu sein und sind für die Planung und Koordination der Konstruktionsarbeiten in unseren Entwicklungsprojekten verantwortlich.

    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Leitung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten wie z.B. im Bereich Automatisierungsanlagen und Robotik
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für funktionsübergreifende Projektteams und externen Ressourcen
  • Planung, Zusammenstellung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Projektplanerstellung sowie Kontrolle von Ressourcen, Meilensteinen, Kosten und Terminen
  • Transparentes Projektreporting inklusive Abschätzung, Bewertung und Reporting von Projektrisiken sowie Ableitung von Präventivmaßnahmen
  • Management von externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten sowie Erarbeitung bzw. Festlegung produzentenspezifischer Konstruktionsstandards
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Entwicklungseffizienz und -qualität

    • Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Anlagentechnik o.ä. - alternativ abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager im technischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Projektplanung z.B. mit MS-Project wünschenswert
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung in der 3D-Konstruktion von mechanischen Baugruppen
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Medizintechnik oder einem anderen regulierten Bereich ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Schwerpunkt auf Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
