    Your mission

    We are looking for a confident IT Administrator
    Delivering high-quality products and services to our clients is what we do best, but ensuring this level is consistently met requires that our own IT infrastructure is running at the optimal level. The right candidate for this role will be open to and flexible in managing multiple areas of our current IT infrastructure as well as managing equipment purchasing and support. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems are delivered to uphold our reputation.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Onsite client & employee support
    • Internal Infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, & support
    • Ensuring compliance with security standards and privacy policies (IT Data Security)
    • Windows & Linux server support
    • Managing the IT budget and collaborating with other departments to understand and meet the company's technology needs
    • Leading employee onboarding & offboarding procedure
    • Working closely with management to plan, prepare, and implement internal IT strategy and projects
    • Identifying optimization potential and implementing measures to continuously improve the IT infrastructure and processes

    Your profile

    What we expect from you:

    • 5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
    • Experience with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu) – both client and server systems administration
    • Active Directory (User, group management), Azure AD and O365 hands-on experience - knowledge about Microsoft ecosystem
    • Working knowledge of Network Theory and experience in Network Practical (Layer 2- Layer 3) and Security Firewalling (Layer 4/Layer 7)
    • Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenStack, K8s)
    • Experience with Data center management
    • Excellent understanding of networking and the ability to troubleshoot network problems
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail & time management skills
    • Proficient German and English language skills
