Are you a natural organiser with a knack for planning and coordination? Are you passionate about creating engaging programs and agendas? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your skills We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Intern to join our team and assist in organising our 2024 in Apulia, Italy, where the whole company will gather for a week from all across Europe.

This summer internship position is based in Berlin from now until the end of September, with the actual event taking place in Apulia on Sep This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in event management and program coordination for a European logistics startup.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Collaborate with the event planning team to develop a comprehensive program and agenda for the offsite event
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather speaker topics, presentation materials, and workshop content
Manage communication with speakers, ensuring they are informed of logistics and requirements
Coordinate logistics for workshops, including room assignments, equipment setup, and materials preparation
Assist in creating and distributing event schedules, ensuring attendees are informed of session times and locations
Provide onsite support during the event, assisting with speaker checkin, session coordination, and finding solutions to adhoc challenges within short timeframe

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
Previous experience in event coordination or program management is a plus but not required
Must be based in Berlin, available to travel to Apulia, Italy from the 15th to the 22nd of September
