- Modellierung, Gestaltung, Festlegung und Optimierung der Prozesse im Bereich Außenhandel in SAP/GTS sowie unterstützenden IT-Systemen inkl. Implementierung weltweit
- Leitung von Teilprojekten im SAP/GTS-Rollout sowie unterstützenden IT-Systemen
- Analyse von Prozessdefiziten, Abgleich mit dem unternehmensspezifischen Template und mit den standortspezifischen bzw. legalen Anforderungen sowie Begleitung des Change-Prozesses
- Prozessdokumentation (Business Blueprints), Bewertung von IT Project Demand, Support bei funktionalen und integrativen Tests und Schulung der Anwendenden
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen SCM-Planungs- & Dispositionssysteme zur Abwicklung der externen und internen Beschaffungsvorgänge im Automotive Aftermarket (AAM)
- Weltweite Betreuung, Tests & Abnahme von IT-Lösungen im Aufgabenbereich. Ansprechpartner für die Programmierer / Entwickler bei der Realisierung der Lösungen
- Divisionsübergreifender Austausch und Abstimmung bzgl. Core-Funktionen im S4us Projekt der Schaeffler Gruppe sowie platzieren der Ziele und Anforderungen für den Bereich Automotive Aftermarket
- Ansprechpartner/in und Schnittstellenfunktion für Zentral-IT, Corporate- und Fachbereiche im Aufgabenbereich
- Ausbildung und Schulung der nationalen & internationalen SAP Key-User in unseren Standorten weltweit inkl. regelmäßigem Erfahrungsaustausch
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise im Umfeld IT Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit hoher IT-Affinität
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Außenhandel & Zoll
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der erforderlichen IT-Anwendungssysteme (SAP Module MM, SD & SAP GTS)
- Erste Erfahrungen technischer Art: Customizing, Debugging in SAP ABAP
- Erfahrung im Projektumfeld und als Product Owner
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten
